Extended Warranty for 2014 Lexus LS 460...Any Advice?

Hi All, I am hoping to dig up some information about how and where I can purchase an extended warranty for a used 2014 Lexus LS 460 (From Lexus or 3rd party). And wondering if it matters if the vehicle I purchase is still covered under the initial Lexus warranty.

Lexus has a 48 month warranty, I think. It's likely that a 2014 model is out of warranty, or nearly out of warranty.

2014 is starting to get a little old to be sold as CPO, but it's possible. 2015 models are coming off lease now, and there should be plenty of them.
