Lease MDX 2018 information

Hi! I’m trying to get the best deal for the MDX 2018 FWD base model.....so trying to figure out what is the best MSRP negotiated, residual percentage after 3 years (3years/10,000miles), what are the fees charged, rebates?, incentive?, Money Factor....etc Los Angeles, California! Thanks so much in advance Quotes 440$ including tax plus 3800$ down payment

    .00074 MF $1500 incentive 61% residual $595 acquisition fee CA DMV fees approximately $500 CA dealer/doc fee $80
    This is super helpful......so then my job is to negotiate the sales price on the car to adjust my monthly payment and avoid a down payment. Is that correct?
