Dodge challenger scat pack lease

Looking at leases for a Challenger Scat Pack. Trying to get the Cap cost low as possible. The dealers balk when I ask about the 2017 close outs price as a lease. Why. How do I get the Cap as low as possible.

How do I get the Cap as low as possible.

The 2017 Scat Pack models no longer have lease support from Chrysler Capital. That's why they aren't interested in negotiating a lease. The monthly payment is no longer competitive.
