    Thanks for the response. Lexus Honolulu is quoting MF of .0015. They say it is set by the Bank of Hawaii, and is non-negotiable. Is this correct? Thanks.

    If it's set by the Bank of Hawaii, then it's not a Lexus Financial Services lease.

    I would think they could use LFS, but I'm not that familiar with Hawaii dealers.
    I'd think you have a lot less choice in dealers, there.
