Trying to see if numbers I am getting sounds correct for 2018 Kia Sorrento SX. The info I have is: 24month / 15k miles - 565.00 monthly, 2565.00 due at signing (2k cash down / 565.00 first month note) 36month / 15k miles - 499.99 monthly / 2499.00 due at signing (2k cash down down / 499.00 first month more) MSRP - little above 40k Zip code 70301 Is this a good deal? It isn't disclosed on your sheet, but it looks like your selling price is only about $800 under MSRP.

The calculations and lease variables appear to be correct, but that small discount is making this a pretty expensive SUV to lease.

The residual and money factor are correct.

I don't track pricing, but if a vehicle has a $6700 incentive from the manufacturer, I'm guessing the dealer has more room than just an extra 2%.

I don't think this vehicle is going to lease well, in any event.

They don't look particularly good.

Do you have the selling price and adjusted CAP cost on those deals?

Thanks kyfdx. I have called the dealer to get this info. They are closed today due to icey roads down here. Will post tomorrow when I get them. Not sure if it helps but told me selling price was around 38k and then there is 6700 lease cash. Residua on the 36/15 is 19220. Thanks again and look foward to getting your input after i get real selling price and adjusted CAP cost. Have a great day
