What should my lease payment be?

I would appreciate your help, this is my first lease and not sure how to calculate what my payment should be. This is the info... 2017 Nissan Rogue S AWD Agreed Price $21324 Down payment $2000 12k for 36 months Zip code is 02715

yes that amount is the adjusted cap cost, I believe...Is it unreasonable to try and negotiate the price of the vehicle then talk about a lease? So, is that the total amount due at signing? Or, is it a down payment, plus first payment, etc? Or, is it open to interpretation?

Many makes have different incentives for purchase vs. lease. You can definitely negotiate the sale price, but if you don't tell them you want to lease, then their offer may have incentives included, that have to be removed.

I can't tell you if that's the case, here. But, likely.

Did they quote you a payment?

What is the MSRP?
Is $2000 the full amount due at signing?
Is the agreed price the same amount as the adjusted CAP cost?
