2018 Jeep GC Altitude lease

2018 Jeep GC Altitude package w added sunroof MSRP 39k, lease offered at $450, 10k annual miles, 36 mo w $1500 down. I’m in Los Angeles. Best they could do, is this a terrible deal or is it just me? New to leasing, be gentle.

Yeah... the 4X2 program isn't as good.
.00008 MF and 52% residual for 36/10.

I get $418/mo.+tax, with that adjusted CAP..
So, about $8/mo. higher than your quote.

What is the MSRP?
Selling price and/or adjusted CAP cost?
Tax rate?

MSRP is 39495, Adjusted cap cost is 35424, and the tax rate is 9.5% (Yikes, didn't realize the tax was so high out here!)

Is it 4X4 or 4X2?

Either way, the payment doesn't look far off..
That's only $411/mo, pre-tax.
