I'm trying to confirm dealer lease numbers 36/15000 for 2018 Enclave Premium Net Sale Price of $47,950. Tax rate is 7.75% in CA. Dealer is telling me 54% resid and .00076 MF. I'm getting different numbers from every online calculator I use. Where is the monthly with this info?

.00076 MF and 54% residual is what I show, as well.

To calculate a lease, you need the MSRP and the adjusted CAP cost.
Can't solve for X, if you don't have Y and Z.

$755/mo, but something seems off with your adjusted CAP. It's $4500 over the sale price. What could possibly be added to get that?

Are you sure that's the adjusted CAP? Or, is that price for a purchase?
