    Okay.. it's a demo with 2998 miles, and a 36/10 lease?
    $2000 rebate + $2000 out of your pocket at delivery?

    .00152 MF and 64% residual, minus $749.50 to account for the existing mileage
    They've use the base money factor, and no extras in your deal.

    The only variable to worry about, then, is the selling price. Their selling price is 9.7% under MSRP.
    Looks like you have some more room there.. I would target 13%-15% under MSRP.
    That's $1500-$2500 less than their sale price.

    $31/mo. less for every $1000 you lower the sale price, all else being equal.
    ($3.10/mo. less for every $100 lower)

    I bought a 2017 X3 service loaner in September. 15% off MSRP minus the rebates, so it can be done.

    Also, they tried to tell me it wasn't a service loaner which I thought it was so I got confused. How did you recognize that it is a service loaner?

    Your attachment states it has 2998 miles on it. Doesn't really matter if it's a service loaner, demo, or employee lease.. The programs are the same.

    I asked for 1000 off the agreed upon price. Now he texted me and said if he tried to get me 400 off, would I be committed. I will text back and say 500

    Oh wait... first, they won't come down, and now they are moving.

    Tell him you were committed at $1000 less... and, still am... assuming they hurry. ;)

    Or, keep the same payment, and only put $1500 upfront, instead of $2000.

    That's what I would do.. Actually with $500 less upfront, you'll pay $41.25 less in tax, as well... So, your upfront should drop by $541.25. $1458.75 upfront, instead of $2000.
