Trying to identify some old Kansas City Police vehicles

I believe this photo was taken in August of 1919. One of the earliest KCPD vehicles. No markings. Any ideas?

Looks like a Ford Model T Tourer to me:

Yep, a T. More than half of all cars sold in the US were Model Ts at that time.
