Hey wondering if anyone can give me a step my step process of getting my 1999 cabrio prepped to wrap, it seems i have some clear coat or something chipping, if anyone has any suggestions let me know!

Google 'vinyl wrap preparation', lots of info.

p.s. - those dents could be very hard to cover, I bet.

Certainly looks like it's going to take a LOT of preparation and a VERY professional paint job to get ready for a wrap.

That wrap is NOT going to happen to your car, in its current condition. And really, if you go through all the trouble to prep it for a wrap, you might want to consider just having it painted. It seems like a nice enough car to warrant the expense of an "adequate" (10-footer) paint job that will probably last longer than a wrap would anyway.
