New G80 lease feedback

My lease for my Hyundai Genesis 2015 AWD Ultimate is up in a month. I would like to get feedback from the form members to as for reasonable new 36 months, 12K miles a year lease for G80 3.8 AWD with ultimate package. I live in PA. My old lease was $1850 down and $497 a month (all taxes included). Does Genesis offers any special incentives for lease renewals? I would like to have some numbers before I start negotiating with the dealer. Thanks in advance.
