Selling price
State
Tax rate

Selling price is the problem - I havent had one go down below msrp in an offer yet. SO lets say 50250 msrp and price. In PA. 6% tax where I live

$675/mo. + 9% tax = $736/mo.
PA has a 3% surcharge on lease payments.
That's assuming you pay acquisition fee ($895) and PA dealer/DMV fees upfront along with the first payment.

No discount? I'd shop out of town dealers, or pick another vehicle.
