I'm looking to lease Subaru Legacy in zip code 60026. I'm looking for 2018 Subaru Legacy Premium for 36 months 12K per year. Questions:
1. What is the formula to use with MF and RV to get to payments?
2. How do I add taxes in the formula (I believe taxes are 7.75% where I live)?
3. What are MF and RV?
4. What is a good monthly payment without any money down?

2) Add up the monthly pre-tax payments, then add to that taxable items or CAP cost reductions made upfront. Multiply that number by your tax rate, then take that result, add it to the CAP cost and re-calculate the payment.
