I have a dealership offering $53,400 sale price on a MSRP of $64,500. I am looking at possibly leasing the truck. They presented 39 months for $687. Seems high to me. Thoughts?

The sale price probably includes incentives that aren't applicable to the lease.
Ask them for the adjusted CAP cost.
