Good price? What about money factor and residual?

Drove the Crosstrek today. 2018 Limited MSRP is 30,151. I have an internet sale offer of 25,255. Is that a good price or is there still room for negotiation? I am in NJ and interested in a 36/12k lease. What is the MF and residual for my area?
