If that's the actual adjusted CAP, then it looks like the money factor is marked up a little bit, from .00156 to .00173.

If we consider that doc fee as part of the selling price, then the discount is about 7%, which is good.
The money factor markup adds about $14/mo.

You're exactly right about the Florida Doc fee.  It seems to be the best deal I can find.
