Good lease payment for 2018 jeep grand cherokee 4x2 demo?

Hello, I am looking for a great monthly payment for a lease on this vehicle that is attached in a picture. I have an 2015 infinity q50 lease and I have around $3300 left in payments ($416/month and lease ends Feb 2019). I went through the USAA car buying program and I was sent this vehicle offer. The day before I did that, I went to the dealer looking at this car and I was told it was a demo.

The problem is.. $2500 of the rebates they list on that vehicle aren't compatible with the lease program. They are for purchase/finance only.
And, then they add an $800 dealer fee.

Assuming a demo is still eligible for the new car lease program:
.00020 MF and 50% residual for 36/15

$654/mo.+tax, given the prices on that screenshot.

That doesn't include acquisition fee or DMV fees

It's going to be impossible to get a good deal on another lease, if you have to eat $3300 on the current lease. You are shopping too soon. Your lease isn't up.
