What are the MF and RS on a lease for a 2017 Scion Tc?

Hello everyone !

I’m at the end of my lease (2015 Scion Tc). The dealer I leased from called me telling me they have a 2017 Scion Tc they would like to get me into a new lease. I know that Toyota stoped production of Scion. I just wanted to get the right information and make sure it’s a good deal. Any help would be great. Thanks !!
