    The numbers on the left are for purchase, not a lease.
    They are fairly comprehensive, but the sales tax number is too high for a lease.
    Also, no mention of the $675 acquisition fee.

    .00070 MF and 52% residual for 36/15

    But, approximating those adjustments, the payment looks about right, using the parameters listed.

    It's a decent deal, but the Atlas doesn't lease all that well.
