Hi there, is there any truth to what this dealership was saying about leasing... sorry it’s a copy and paste of a text conversation... Going off what the terms you found, the lease would still be a little different as the only Hellcat we have in stock right now has an MSRP of $71,580. We can still work it up to see the differences though if you'd like. No thx, I'm not paying MSRP, thx for your time Leases are based off of MSRP Discount has little affect to the payment and still goes by MSRP. Which is why all disclosures go by MSRP example. With a lease program, which is what you are looking to do, you have to match every single requirement in the program, which goes by MSRP.

Leases are based off of MSRP
Discount has little affect to the payment and still goes by MSRP. Which is why all disclosures go by MSRP example.
With a lease program, which is what you are looking to do, you have to match every single requirement in the program, which goes by MSRP.

Residuals are always based on a percentage of the full MSRP. So, the MSRP does matter.

But, any discount you negotiate saves you that amount over the life of the lease, dollar for dollar.
