Could someone give me some insight on this deal for a 2018 Lexus NXh in SoCal.

MSRP $40,030
Capitalized Cost Reduction $6,161.10
Final Vehicle Price $33,868.90

Down payment $2,250
Residual Value $24,418.30 which calculates into a 61% RV
Monthly Payment quoted at $325.71

The dealer quoted this with .0008 MF and includes all fees and taxes.

When I plug these numbers into edmunds lease calculator as well as another one, it values the monthly payment at $268.10.

Is the quote a good deal and how could I get a lower monthly payment from 2 lease calculators?

.00080 MF and 61% residual is correct for 36/10.

What is the total amount due at signing?
If it's $2250, you can't enter all of that as a down payment in the lease calculator. You have to pay acquisition fee, first payment, DMV fees, doc fee, tax on rebates, etc. IF anything is left over, then you apply that as CAP reduction.

$6161 isn't all CAP reduction. Some of it is a dealer discount from MSRP.
Ask for the adjusted CAP cost, and an accounting of how it was calculated, and how your $2250 upfront is allocated.

If it's $2250 upfront and $325/mo, that looks like an outstanding deal.
