Question regarding purchasing a 2015 BMW 640i

I am in negotiation with a dealership in Ft. Lauderdale regarding purchasing a 2015 BMW 640i. I am currently leasing a 2015 BMW 428i which which will be up in 4 months (leaving approximately $2300 left on the lease). Dealership is giving me the following numbers which to me seems high. Just want to know your opinions on what you guys think about this?

MSRP: 46,991
Discount: 519
Adjusted/Total Price: 46472

Trade Allowance: 22000
Trade Difference: 24472

Deal Admin fees: 649
Tax: 753.63
Non tax fees: 89

Net price 25963.63
Trade Payoff: 28537.55
Balance: 54501.18

    Why trade out four months early? They are sticking you with the lease payments, effectively. You might as well flush $2400 down the toilet.

    You're absolutely right. My plan is likely to wait since I'm not too fond of "flushing the money down the toilet." Since this will be the first used car I am purchasing, this is mainly an exercise and I'd like to learn from more experience folks. If we set aside the $2300 loss in trading the car in early, would you consider this as a fair deal?
    The balance would therefore be $52201.

    I don't track pricing for used cars. Plenty of on-line websites to check the price (including this one)
