I'm leasing a car for the first time ..I would appreciate the experts to comment on the below numbers from a local dealer

Vehicle Price 67885
Savings 4585
Price 63300
Tax $4911
Other Fees : 12.50+10+75
Total Price 68309.06

Lease 36 Months 12 K Miles

Cash Due 2200 $867

    Which state is this, where the full selling price is taxed?

    It isn't..

    The document shows those numbers as the "Purchase Option".
    The tax number isn't correct for a lease, and no mention of the $925 acquisition fee.
    Tax is probably about $2500-$2700 total.

    Not knowing the exact numbers, I estimate a payment that is about $30/mo. less

    .00156 MF and 58% residual

    It's possible that the money factor has been marked up, but without the actual adjusted CAP cost, we can't know for sure. Ask the dealer for the Adjusted CAP cost, and the money factor used.
