Does This Residual Quote make sense?

Thanks for your help with the APR and Residual. The residual was where I kind of expected, but I have another question: When I got a quote from the Ford dealership on this 2018 XLT Supercrew 4x4, they told me the price (before negotiation) was $45,676 (after their "savings" and discounts and a lease rebate). They also quoted me a residual value of $31,563 for 36 months and 15k miles (I asked twice, and got the same answer from 2 people), which would equate to a percentage of 69% RV. What am I missing?

Is my math wrong, or are they wrong, or is this just a great deal?
