I am trying to lease a 2018 Bighorn the list on it is 48,250.00. The dealer is not willing to give the Cap cost or tell me exactly what he is giving me for my trade in (2012 Ford Flex). The sales man says “we dont give those numbers” WHAT?? All I want to know is what exactly he is giving me for my car and what is my Cap cost as well as exactly what Chrysler incentives are they including. I am in New Jersey. Here is the deal I was given - I would give my car (tells me its worth 3k-4.5k) and 3000 cash down i could then lease for $212 a month 24mth/ 15k yearly mileage with a 30,000 residual. HELP It’s so confusing to understand what the heck I am paying for this truck not knowing what the real local Chrysler incentives are and not know what the price of the vehicle they are giving me. I am not willing to pay “LIST” on the vehicle. I feel likes its smoke and mirrors and they are not willing to share real numbers. FYI I have excellent credit 760-780 scores. Thanks for your help!

$7000 upfront just means you are pre-paying $300/mo. on a 24 month lease. So, the $48K truck is really over $500/mo. on that deal.

Find another dealer that will lay out the numbers for you. As soon as the salesman starts spewing crap, get up and walk out.
