Hello, I am looking to lease a 2018 Kia Optima Plug In Hybrid. Kia is running a $10619 lease cash offer on it. Where do I get the residual value and money factor values for this car so I can do the lease calculations? Does the lease cash offer typically apply to the MSRP or the current "market value" selling price of the car as determined by truecar.com or carsdirect.com? This is my first time leasing, so really looking to do some homework before jumping in. Thanks!

    We don't know how they calculate the prices on those other websites.

    Kia numbers are regional
    Which state?
    What term and mileage allowance?
