When I star the car, I get squeaky noise.

1998 Mercury Grand Marquis is making squeaky noises (like a bird) when the car is running. Recently I saw in TV "FIXD" gadget to be plugged in under the panel in order to get a diagnostic of the car problems. Need your advice.

    This might be as simple as a slipping serpentine or drive belt (not sure which you have in that car). Another possibility is a bad idler pulley bearing (also a pretty simple fix).
