Looking for 2018 Volvo XC90 T5 AWD 36mo/12k miles lease.. new to leasing

I have seen some money factors, residuals, etc... what should I expect in each category in Chicago?
1- Money Factor
2-Residual
3- purchase price?

Also - I have seen some posts where people say $2000 Volvo cash.. what does that mean and how is it applied in a lease? is there anything avail for what I am looking for right now? Thank you!!

The $2000 Volvo Allowance is a Volvo-to-dealer incentive. It won't be "applied". But, you should consider it, when negotiating your sale price.

MF and acquisition fee both marked up, as you noted. I always insist on the base numbers.

They quote the $2000 upfront to make the payment seem smaller. Put whatever upfront that you want (of course, the less upfront, the higher the payment). There isn't any standard amount.

The residual is specific to that term and mileage allowance. If you go over that allowance, you'll pay a penalty per mile.

You can contract for 36/15, but the residual will drop by 2%
