Memorial Day "Sale"

Hi: In NY Metro area dealers offering 2018 Rouge S AWD Memorial Day sale. $159 plus 1995 down and 595 bank fee with Nissan Cash $2875. Is this a good deal or just routine price and not a real sale for current Nissan lease holder such as myself?

    What is the MSRP?

    Term and mileage allowance?

    Does it include tax and title/registration?
