May Lease Deals

I'm being quoted a 48% residual and a .00096 MF on a 36/15K lease of a 2018 Premium Luxury by a dealer here in Austin, TX. That is a lot higher than what I've seen on this forum and other places online. Thoughts?

    Is it 2WD?

    .00046 MF and 48% residual

    Looks like they are marking up the money factor
