GLC AWD 2018 Lease experience

Why everyone here just keep talking about lease MF, RV, etc? The bottom line is how much we pay. Why no one is sharing those info with their own experience? I paid my GLC just recently $505/m. $505 sign in. Absolute no other deposit, no fee, no tax, etc. all blended in this number. 36K/12,000M. Basic model. No panoramic roof. How others paid? Is this a good deal or not?
