2006 Saturn Vue won't start

The alarm went off in my Saturn so I stuck the key in the ignition to deactivate. It turned over and I went back inside.. next day I went to start and nothing. The lights, power windows and locks work but I jumped it anyways and still nothing. I thought maybe an anti theft thing so I completely unarmed and still nothing. Changed the battery and still nothing. Check engine and battery lights stay illuminated on dash and all signs point to a bad battery. I cleaned the terminals also. Is there a fuse or relay that I can check before I tear apart the ignition? Any help is greatly appreciated

Ok so I tried this but am not getting any security lights when key is in on position
