Chrysler 300 - Surging problem

I have a 2009 chrysler 300 touring 3.5L and haveing surgeing from 40 to 60 km hour. I have replace timming belt, throttle body, both fuel pumps, map sensor , intake gasket and plenum gasket, new pcm with new program , new spark plugs, no codes! What gives people anyone else have the same problem??? Or any ideas.....

This is the kind of problem that requires diagnostic equipment to be hooked up as the incident is occurring, with someone skilled enough to capture the data and understand what it is saying. There is apparently some kind of malady with air/fuel mixture, but there are many components that can affect that.
