$185 Nissan Rogue Lease

Hello, Nissan just came out with a $185 lease on a Nissan Rogue. I think that is around a $102 per 10,000 deal which is very good I believe. Does that check? Details on NissanUSA.com. Would it still be a good deal if I went with the more expensive SL which would be about $33,000 vs $27,500.
