So this will be pretty lengthy with quite a few questions and options. I currently live in Virginia Beach btw. Buying vs leasing... my job is only 10 miles away from my house and my gym is only 3 miles away so that’s about 7000 miles a year just going to work and the gym 5x a week. I make a 200 mile round trip about once a month so that adds 2400 miles so now we are at 9400. So after that i have the usual driving for running errands and what not but most of this can be done on the way to work or on the way home from work. Knowing this i would need at least a 12k lease but a 15k would be preferable for other trips that i take without having to worry at all about mileage. My goal is to keep my payment under $400. If i lease I’m hoping to find a deal that i could pay around $300 and then save whatever the remainder of the $400 a month for a deposit at the end of the lease (if i was to lease). I have been looking at the 2018 GMC Terrain 2.0L AWD. I drove the 1.5L and the horsepower just didn’t seem like much. I would prefer to buy but leasing seems the best because it doesn’t look like i can get a good enough deal with buying one of those. I have also looked at used RDXs and would be willing to travel a couple hours to get one in a good deal. Does anyone have any feedback on the GMC Terrain or 2017 Acura RDX they would like to add.

That's a lot of math.. Have you not been driving before now? How many miles did you put on, last year?

Did you get a good deal? Be sure to come back and share!

Been driving, but I've always had a high mileage 100k+ car so didn't pay attention to any of that.
