Leasing noob here. All these numbers and features make my head spin. My husband and I have test driven the Sonata, Accord, Camry and Altima (all similar trims, features etc) and at this point have ruled out only the Altima. We are leaning heavily towards the Hyundai but it would be our first time in this brand. Currently we have a '99 4Runner and a '15 Odyssey (which is our 4th Honda). I really like the Accord, but it felt like I was sitting too low to the ground when driving it. So, any advice on which way we should go? Or specific things to keep in mind? Because the trim levels are all similar, the pricing seems to be all in the same ballpark. We've always purchased before, but would rather lease this go around. So of course, we don't know anything about MF or RV for any of these cars. Seems like the Camry and Sonata have better incentives than the Accord.
Also, if we go with Hyundai, should we wait for the Limited 2.0T+ to show up? Do we know what the real differences are between the original 2.0T and the +?
We are in North Texas if it makes a difference - 75078. 36mo/12k
Thanks for any advice!

Texas leasing is tough because they tax the sell price and not the total lease payments (like most states)
