2018 Mazda3 touring hatch dealer

A dealership is asking for 19500 for a 2018 touring mazda 3 hatch. They are asking for an additional 790 in dealer fees on top, also I would not be able to apply any special financing offers. Is this a fair price for the car?

    If so, what is the MSRP?
