starts runs great for 3 to 4 min, white smokes runs rough wants to die,full operating temp runs good, it is not antifreeze smells like fuel, and I replaced FICM it had 48.5 when key was on when running would drop to 20 volts or less but run like crap all the time. i have a couple ideas Injectors or stretched head bolts

How many miles? Injectors do wear out, just like other parts on a truck.
