Ford Explorer Sport Invoice Price and Money Off MSRP

Hello All!

I'm looking at the Ford Explorer Sport with MSRP of 53,110 in NJ (08055).

Does anyone know the possible invoice price for this vehicle?
- Model has 401A package, dual panorama sunroof, and white pearl coat
- Price of options is $6,165
- Would the invoice price of this vehicle simply be the invoice for the base Ford Explorer Sport trim plus the $6,165 worth of options?

Also realistically how much money off MSRP do you think I can get? CarGurus has a "good" price for the vehicle at 46,400. Does this sound realistic? I am aiming to get the price down to between 46,000 and 47,000 I just want to make sure that its not too lofty. They are running 3k worth of rebates alone.
