I am thinking of buying a certified pre owned BMW 3 series with manual transmission. Since MT are very tough to find, I saw very few cars with manual transmission. Among them I saw one BMW 328i 2015 model with manual transmission, single owner and has 21000 miles. I plan to keep the car for at max 3-4 years and I normally drive 15k miles on it per year. I would like to get some advice if its a good deal and are there any problems that I need to worry about with regards to BMW f30 manual transmission model. Would really be helpful if you can advice me on it.

I've never had any issues with BMW manual transmissions.
How long does the CPO warranty cover you?

Can't give you advice about your deal, because you haven't told us what it is. ;)

Also are there any electrical issues that I see people telling in case of BMW. I am getting it for 22000$ without the extra 2 years CPO.

I wouldn't worry about the manual transmission. I consider that a desirable option.
But, you'll be driving a car out of warranty in less than a year. BMWs are not cheap to maintain or repair. While I haven't heard of any specific problem areas with this model, and they are generally reliable, the costs can still be significant.

    As far as the price?
Post a description of the car, here:

Someone with access to auction data can tell you what it's worth.
