has anyone heard or seen anything when Mazada will offer the diesel engine in the usa

I read recently that the CX-5 will get the SkyActiv-D engine this fall but I also read that might be delayed. Something seems to be holding it up---EPA?

This update from April said it has California certification but not EPA:

At this point it's looking like the 2.5 turbo will be available on the CX-5 before the diesel.
