Is this a "good deal"?

2018 Audi SQ5 with features retails 63190, 3 yr lease 12k miles per year. Rebates and incentives the dealership is applying: 1000 loyalty, 1500 marketing incentive = cap cost reduction toward early (4 month) return of a lease and about 2000 in penalties of the leased vehicle ( dings, new tires, scuffs).

Monthly payment 942/mo with 3000 down.includes audi care (all service up to 50k miles). Manager stated that this figure is based on a reduced price of 59739 with only 400 over cost. first month up to 800 will also be applied.

Feels like so many numbers are thrown around .. your not sure if you are getting a good or bad deal?

It's kind if hard to tell, when you are throwing $5K at the old lease to get out of it. Why not wait until the lease is up, instead of throwing away four payments?
