MF and Residual regarding the XC90 Inscription/Philadelphia area

Hi- Yesterday I asked for assistance regarding the above. As a result, you indicated the following:
.00092 MF and 52% residual
$2000 Volvo Allowance

A salesman at Stillman Volvo located just outside of Philadelphia, PA quoted me the following numbers: .00165 MF and 57% residual.

Can you explain why Stillman's numbers are that far off? I understand they may be marking up the MF (which I will speak to them about), however, the difference in the residual amounts is puzzling. Thanks,

    2018 model vs. 2019 model.

    Our numbers were for 2018, the dealer's numbers are for 2019. (and, correct, by the way)

    It would be for the 2019 Volvo QC90 Inscription T-6.

    It would be for 36 months and 12,000 miles.
