Hi. I need a little help from the experts. I just got a monthly lease payment and I’m trying to figure out if it’s a good deal. I’m leasing a 2018 Outback 3.6 with Eyesight that has an MSRP of $38821 for 36 mo/15k miles in Westmont, IL. I’m trading in a 2017 Nissan Armada that I owe $41k on and they are paying off the car completely. I’m putting no money down and rolling the taxes into the monthly payment. The payment they gave me is $396 a month. Is this a good deal? Thanks for the help.

That seems like a decent deal.

Of course, we can't know of the equity situation of your Armada. If it's actually worth $45K, then your deal isn't so good..

According to the Edmunds Car Appraisal Calculator, they’re giving me just what it’s worth, nothing more, which is about what I owe. I usually use the calculator when I trade in cars and it’s worked out pretty well. Thanks.
