Is this a good lease deal on Pacifica Hybrid?

Hi all-- hoping you can help me determine if I'm getting a fair deal on a lease of a 2018 Pacifica Hybrid. The residual is on 43% but maybe that's market rate right now?? The Money Factor is .00235, which seems a bit high (I have a different offer for .00208). Should I push back on one or both of these? Any evidence to support doing so? Thank you in advance!

    It's the Touring L model (mid-range), 12K miles/year, 36 mo.
    I live in the Atlanta area.

    The lease program on the Pacifica Hybrid is terrible, right now.

    Even a fair deal will be horrendous. Pick another vehicle.
