Lease Honda Civic Sedan LX Residual, Capitalized Cost, and Money Factor in Boston

Hi, this is my first time posting. Please let me know if I'm doing something wrong.

I want to lease a a Honda Civic Sedan LX in Boston, and I'm looking for the residual, capitalized cost and money factor. I came upon a post on Reddit explaining how to calculate the monthly payment based on those three factors. Looking on Edmund's TMV for the car, I came up with $18,224. Does anyone know the residual and money factor? Thanks.
