K have a 2002 Chevy Trailblazer 4.2L and we baught it over a year ago and we have had problems since January where it will buck up and won’t hardly run. You can be in town traffic is when it acts up the most, it will act like it isn’t getting enough power but when you keep on the gas pedel it eventually picks back up and goes until you slow down or stop again and will start shaking really bad when you stop and shut off but starts right back up, earlier this year we replaced the coils, spark plugs, oil and air filter and camshaft sensor and cam solenoid sensor and nothing has helped so we are outta ideas.

You need to scan some codes AND some real time data and see what's going on while it's actually acting badly. You can't guess with problems like this because it could be literally dozens of things.
