Need instructions for removing and replacing manual window handle

The driver's window handle is free-spinning. I hope the spindle isn't the problem. I've found online instructions for removing the handle with the special tool but none for replacing the handle.

    It's just a "U" shaped clip and the special tool just pushes the clip out of the groove in the handle. To install the handle you just push it on and the clip grabs the shaft from the window regulator.
