My Avalon leaks oil

It has been going on for several years. The camshafts and other things were replaced and yet there is still oil under the car. From an oil perspective it is not a problem. I can get through to each oil change without having to add oil. The problem is that it creates a mess under the car and damages the driveway. I asked my mechanic about it and he said that this model tends to have oil leaks and he would literally have to replace the engine to take care of all of the leaks. Any suggestions?

usually on this engine it's the front seals (cam, crankshaft) and valve covers. This really should have all been done when the timing belt was replaced--that's when you have the best access.

That was all done and it still leaks oil. The mechanic said that chasing leakins in a 20 year old car is futile
